This restaurant is an absolute gem! The meatloaf with mashed potatoes is a must-try – it’s like a warm hug in food form! I also loved the fact that they offer locally sourced ingredients, which is always a huge plus in my book. The only thing I found a bit puzzling was the dessert options; they seemed somewhat limited for a place that excels at comfort food. I really wanted to try some homemade pie! What a delightful surprise this restaurant turned out to be! Stepping in, I was immediately struck by how inviting and warm the interior was. I was in the mood for breakfast, so I ordered the pancakes and a side of bacon. The pancakes were fluffy and light, drizzled with real maple syrup – absolutely delicious! The bacon was perfectly crispy, just how I like it. The waitstaff were attentive and friendly, checking in just the right amount without being overbearing. I also noticed they had a fantastic selection of coffee, which paired well with my meal. The only thing I would suggest is offering a few more vegetarian options on the menu, as there were limited choices for friends I was dining with. Nonetheless, I left feeling happy and satisfied. I’ll definitely be back, especially to try their lunch specials. It’s clear this place knows how to make comfort food with a bit of flair!
